We monitor academic work weekly, provide feedback on comprehension, and record grades based on mastery and effort. Parents receive monthly performance updates and quarterly report cards. All grades and credits are carefully tracked for transcripts and graduation planning, ensuring your student’s record is accurate and comprehensive.

Mentorship is specifically designed to help students close academic gaps. Each student begins with diagnostic testing to determine true academic levels—not just grade placement—so learning is appropriately challenging. The A.C.E. curriculum uses mastery-based learning: students work through PACEs (Packets of Accelerated Christian Education) and must master each concept before moving on.

This system allows students to:

Elective Requirements:

• Grades 6–9: Minimum of 2 electives per year

• Grades 10–12: Minimum of 4 electives per year

A.C.E.-based electives include:

• Art, Music, Health, Spanish, French, Business Math, General Business

• Biblical Studies: Life of Christ, Soulwinning, New Testament Survey, Greek

• Speech & Communication

Special electives (non-A.C.E.):

• Personal Finance (High School): Budgeting, saving, investing, credit, debt, career planning, and generosity.

• Yearbook (All Ages): Students collaborate on the annual EHFC yearbook, learning layout, design, writing, and photography. Includes monthly mentorship.

Electives are structured, graded, and fully integrated into our academic recordkeeping. Optional enrichment programs may be billed separately.

💬 What happens if we decide to stop homeschooling or transfer to a school?

We provide a complete transcript and academic portfolio so your child can transition smoothly to another homeschool, private, or public school.

Withdrawal Policy:
Withdrawal requires 90-day written notice. Families remain responsible for tuition during that 90-day period, even if the student stops attending sooner. This ensures a smooth transition for your child and allows us to maintain accurate records and planning for your student’s academic path.

Simply schedule a Family Consultation to begin. We’ll discuss your goals, complete diagnostic testing, review your child’s results, and design a personalized academic plan. Once enrolled, your family will receive a full onboarding packet and mentorship schedule to ensure a smooth and confident start.

• First student: $500/month

• Siblings (2–3 children): $350/month

• Additional siblings (4+): $250/month per child

Tuition includes mentorship sessions, diagnostic testing, academic planning, progress tracking, recordkeeping, and transcript/diploma services. Electives, curriculum, and optional enrichment programs are billed separately.
