International Student Homestay & Academic Success Program
The ELLGI International Student Program welcomes students ages 15–19 from around the world who wish to study in the United States and thrive in an American academic and cultural environment.
Rather than operating as a traditional school, ELLGI partners with accredited U.S. institutions who issue the student’s I-20 and provide the official academic coursework. Students enroll in a recognized school and earn a U.S. high school diploma (or complete university-prep coursework) while benefiting from ELLGI’s personalized support, homestay care, and English language development.

This program is designed to give international students a strong foundation for university success, while providing the personal guidance and cultural immersion students rarely receive in large dormitory-based programs.
Students attending a nearby university may continue to live with us while pursuing higher education, and those who attend universities elsewhere are always welcomed back during holidays and school breaks — once a part of our family, always part of our family.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Accredited School Partnership
Students are enrolled in an SEVP-approved U.S. program that issues the I-20 and provides official academic coursework.
Structured Residential Living
Students reside in a safe, supervised home environment designed for student
living, featuring dormitory-style accommodations and shared community
spaces. This model provides a balance of independence, accountability,
and daily English immersion within a supportive setting.
Personalized Academic Support
Tutoring, homework assistance, and language development tailored to each student’s needs.
Cultural Immersion & Mentorship
Guidance in U.S. culture, customs, and life skills to help students transition with confidence.

Horsemanship & Equine Learning Opportunities
Students have the opportunity to participate in horsemanship lessons through
Texas Equine Education & Horsemanship, developing confidence, responsibility,
and real-world life skills while earning physical education credit.
